Description

PFERD TOOLS diamond cut-off wheels are manufactured in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. They guarantee optimum cutting results and allow efficient processing of different materials, e.g. concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, clinker brick, hard stone, granite and other abrasive building materials. The product range offers the best tool for any application.

Segmented, vacuum-brazed diamond cut-off wheels are exceptionally well suited to general machining work on a wide range of materials. The vacuum brazing process ensures that the diamond coating adheres firmly to the main body. This optimizes the cutting performance and service life.

Advantages
  • High diamond qualities.
  • Good cutting characteristics and short cutting times.
  • Good ease of cutting and high economic efficiency.
  • Constant cutting speed due to consistent tool diameter.
  • Long service life due to vacuum brazing process.
  • Minimized dust formation due to the monolayer coating and coarse chips.
Recommendations for use
  • If possible, wet grinding is to be preferred to dry grinding. This reduces tool wear, the risk of thermal damage to the workpiece and dust exposure.
  • Cut using only slight pressure in order to stop the tool overheating.
  • Suitable for use on angle grinders of all output levels.
Ordering notes
  • Customer-specific tool solutions are available on request.
