Segmented, vacuum-brazed diamond cut-off wheels are exceptionally well suited to general machining work on a wide range of materials. The vacuum brazing process ensures that the diamond coating adheres firmly to the main body. This optimizes the cutting performance and service life.

Recommendations for use

If possible, wet grinding is to be preferred to dry grinding. This reduces tool wear, the risk of thermal damage to the workpiece and dust exposure.
Cut using only slight pressure in order to stop the tool overheating.
Suitable for use on angle grinders of all output levels.
