Our commitment to equality

The II Equality Plan of PFERD RÜGGEBERG S.A. 2023-2027, registered and approved on 26/06/2023, aims to promote the defence and effective application of the universal principle of equality, avoiding all direct and indirect discrimination on the grounds of gender.

The "Protocol for the prevention, action and handling of situations of sexual, sexist or gender-based harassment and harassment due to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression for Pferd Rüggeberg S.A." has also been adapted to current legislation, and the internal system of the complaints channel has also been adapted on the website.
