General-purpose segmented-rim tool for aggressive, fast cutting with good cutting performance and a good tool life.

High-performance segmented-edge tool for aggressive, fast cutting of hard materials with very high cutting performance and very good tool life.

A reducing ring to 22.3 mm is supplied for use on angle grinders.

Advantages

Recommendations for use

If possible, wet grinding is to be preferred to dry grinding. This reduces tool wear, the risk of thermal damage to the workpiece and dust exposure.
Cut using only slight pressure in order to stop the tool overheating.
The maximum operating speed for type DS diamond cut-off wheels with a diameter of 300 to 400 mm is 100 m/s.

All diamond cut-off wheels with a centre hole diameter of 25.4 mm are supplied with a reducing ring to 22.23 mm for use on angle grinders.
